Brittany’s Mini Whoodles Health Guarantee
We guarantee your puppy to be healthy at the time of purchase. Vaccinations and de-wormings are current and listed on your puppy’s shot record. We give you 72 hours, (or 3 business days), after you receive your puppy to take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian and have the puppy checked out. We also give a 1 year health guarantee against INHERITABLE disease. If this should occur we will replace your puppy with one of the same sex and value. If your vet finds any health problems with your puppy during the period of guarantee, notify us at once. You, as a buyer, are responsible for any and all vet costs after the time of purchase. Only guarantees stated in the written guarantee are in effect from date of purchase. This contract is no longer valid if the buyer does not comply with above terms.

Dear Buyer,
Here at Brittany’s Mini Whoodles, I take great pride in providing my customers with happy, healthy dogs. I take great care to ensure you are getting a quality pup that has been handled with nothing but love. My intention as a breeder is to give every one of my puppies a fantastic and loving home. I never want any of my dogs to be mistreated or end up in a shelter.
As the buyer, you understand that you are responsible for providing your puppy with loving care. I expect all my puppies to be adequately cared for by their owners.It is your responsibility to notify me immediately if you are unable to keep the puppy for any reason, no matter how long you have owned the dog. At which time it is up to my discretion to choose whether a refund is in order. You agree to sign the necessary papers to return sole ownership of the dog to me in the event the dog is returned.
